About The Farm
Wolf Springs Farm was inspired by the land that we are fortunate enough to live on. The Secwepemc people have lived, gathered and hunted on this same land for more than 10,000 years. The soil is loamy clay which holds moisture during the hottest of months and produces mineral rich plants. Water flows down the mix forested mountain behind us, into various ponds and then along little creeks until it feeds into a lake called the Shuswap. Farming in balance with nature.
From our table to yours, we work hard to grow nutrient dense, clean and healing produce. Meaning we do not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, nor fungicides on our food. We do compost, rotate fields, till minimally, plant for diversity, protect ground water and keep soil covered. With a focus on regenerative farming systems, we are committed to maintain standards which protect the health of the land, air, water, wildlife and people. *Organic 3rd Year in Transition NOOA Certification #04-347

Anthocyanins, which are extraordinarily high in Haskap, promote healthy circulation. Haskap berries also provides chlorogenic acid, a phytochemical that reaps vascular benefits by controlling blood pressure.
